Delivery Information

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout India.

Order confirmation

Once you receive a confirmation email your order will be processed, therefore no amendments can be made to the products or shipping address. Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly at checkout. We do not offer any refunds or order changes if the address has been input incorrectly.

We aim to process and fulfil your Ruze order within 3-5 working days of placing your order (at the moment due to the high volume of orders). We aim to pack your order much quicker than this where we can. Once packed, we send it out via our courier partner, who aim to deliver your parcel the next day from dispatch, but this can be 1-2 days (3-4 in remote locatinos). You may receive a notification text keeping you up to date with your order.

When will my order be delivered?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that delivery instructions provided to us will be carried out and are not liable for any errors made by our courier partners and can’t be held liable for delays in delivery or lost or damaged parcels.

Why we don’t guarantee delivery dates

We currently are processing a high volume of orders & due to the nature of our products, there is a ‘bake’ time that is often needed to be factored in.

Incorrect addresses (it happens to the best of us!)

You, or the recipient may not be in to receive the package

Our courier: whilst they’re on the whole great, they may in rare instances have issues out of our control (for example adverse weather conditions, a blown tyre – and this may cause a delay in the courier getting your treats to you.) 

Shipping terms

We use DTDC as our shipping partner and as such offer you delivery guidelines based on their published recommendations.

We are not liable for any delivery issues once the items have left our warehouse as we will have fulfilled the order at our location and handed over to courier partner. However, we will do our best to understand and resolve issues where we can.

Please note that if you have incorrectly entered your address or details at checkout, courier partner will not be able to reach you. In this instance, we are not obliged to refund and/or reissue your products.

The products will be at your risk from the time you accept delivery of the products from the courier.

We will make every effort to fulfil your order correctly.
